 The bedrooms are serene and spacious boasting views of the ocean. 
9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 4 balconies with a view of pier parks famous SkyWheel beautifully lit up at night. Spa showers & bathtubs with luxury handheld sprayers, high quality bath towels & robes, along with one set of toiletries, toothbrush’s, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo sets, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap, sponges & hand soaps per room to get you started for your stay!

This Splended estate offers lock outs for privacy between floors. Perfect for large wedding destinations & bachelorette parties. 
 
Off site amenities at Frank Brown Park  that include baseball/softball fields, batting cages, soccer fields, outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, tennis wall, a T-Ball field, a Miracle League field, several playgrounds, shuffleboard courts, concession stands, picnic areas, pavilions, a freshwater youth fishing pond, and Gayle's Trails, outdoor Olympic size pool and a Kids splash pool. Additional fees may apply.
 
**THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF***
 *Extra guest fee of  $100 nightly after 37 guests. 
*Elevator use available upon request only. Please take note that this is a residential elevator. If not used properly the safety mechanism will lock the doors. Please do not rip the door handle off trying to get in. Adults are only permitted to use the elevator. Kids must be occupied by an adult at all times. Elevator is not guaranteed usable at all times if a guest can’t get it moving. Elevator is recommended to only be used for luggage purposes.

*Heated pool extra $75 nightly. 
Please note that the pool and hot tub are one body of water, meaning when the pool is heated the hot tub is also the same temp as the pool. Only when the pool makes temp, the heater then can be switched back to the hot tub to rise hot tub temp again. 
 

 
The house is also equipped with 3 outdoor cameras on both sides of house and a front door ring camera.
